Online Course Access

When you purchase one of our online courses, you are purchasing access for personal use only.

Course access must not be:

Shared
Distributed
Reproduced
Uploaded elsewhere
Used for teaching or professional training purposes unless explicitly stated

Sharing login details or course content may result in access being removed without refund.

Access to online courses is usually granted within 24 hours of purchase.

It is your responsibility to:

Use the correct email address at checkout
Check spam/junk folders

Refund Policy for Online Courses & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to course materials, refunds are limited.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Full Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
No downloadable resources have been substantially used
You have not attended live sessions included within the purchase

Refund requests must be made in writing via hello@thebirthuprising.com.

Partial Refunds

If more than 20% of the course has been accessed, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or decline the request entirely.

This is because significant portions of the educational material will already have been consumed.

No Refunds

Refunds will not usually be provided:

More than 30 days after purchase
If most or all course content has been accessed
If course materials have been downloaded extensively
If access issues are caused by incorrect email addresses entered at checkout
If you simply decide the course is not for you after substantial use

Physical Products & Gift Boxes

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided:

Items are unused
Items are in original condition
Return postage is covered by the customer

Refunds for physical items will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Shipping

Memberships & Subscription Services
